Newark Liberty International Airport - Terminal A Redevelopment 


Cost estimates were provided for a new one million SF terminal to replace the existing Terminal A at Newark Liberty International Airport in order to accommodate increase passenger demands. The existing building will be demolished, and the new building will include: 33 gates (expandable to 45), concourses and connectors, vertical transportation and moving walkways, transfer facilities, concession spaces, airline clubs, security and CCTV systems, baggage handling systems and a parking garage.

Amtrak Washington Union Station Passenger Concourse Design

Amtrak, along with the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation and Akridge, is overseeing the design for critical elements of Phase 1 of the Washington Union Station Master Plan, which features a host of improvements including a new concourse design. VJ Associates is serving as cost estimator and scheduler on Phase 1 of this complex project.

MWAA Life Cycle Capital Report for the Dulles Toll Road

Cost estimating services and life cycle cost analysis were provided for the regional transportation plan updates.  The plan lays out a six year improvement program.

United Airlines at Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal C Refresh

Cost estimates were provided to the design team for this major project at Newark Liberty International Airport. The estimates included the demolition and design of the lighting in the upper lobby and check in areas.

Logan International Airport Terminal A - Delta Airlines Shuttle Hold Rooms

As a member of the design team, we provided cost estimating services for this major renovation that included curbside signage, ticking lobby signage, a cyber bar, coffee bar, lounge seating, gate counters, display screens, light fixtures and tile and carpeted flooring for the Delta Shuttle.

Fulton Center
MTA Capital Construction

Cost Control services were provided for the new Fulton Center at the corner of Fulton Street and Broadway which will improve connections to six existing Lower Manhattan subway stations, and the connection to NJ's PATH trains and the WTC site. VJ Associates effort on change orders provided savings to the project owner.
