The Wyndham Plaza Improvements

VJ Associates is currently providing Owner's Representation for this private, luxury condominium complex located in Garden City, NY. The improvements and upgrades to the plaza area involve two, 22-year-old buildings, containing more than 300 units. The scope of work for each building includes over 70,000 sq ft of demolition, concrete repairs above and below deck due to water leaking through the existing landscaped area down to the garage levels. Upgrades will include entirely new roads, waterproofing, new drainage and irrigation systems, Bluestone walkways, lighting, paving, and signage.

As a full-service Owner's Representative, we studied the problems, evaluated potential solutions, gathered technical information from professionals, and hired an architect/engineering firm to design a remedy. During pre-construction, this project includes program management, selection of designers, budget, scheduling, and logistics. During the construction stage, we will provide all project management and cost controls services from the bidding process through contractor's closeout.
