Mr. Sayal has 25 years experience providing cost estimates from conceptual to 100% construction documents and quantity take-offs, and he is proficient in CPM Project Scheduling on Primavera and Microsoft Project software. Raj acts as a liaison with architects and engineers to obtain all necessary information to provide accurate cost estimates and obtains current material pricing through constant vendor contact. As a result of his expertise, Raj has taken on the role of Project Manager for all of our NYC School Construction Authority projects. Prior to joining VJ Associates, Mr. Sayal was a Senior Estimator at Tiger Steel Engineering in Dubai, UAE where he provided cost estimating on projects such as the New Concourse and Air Show Buildings at Dubai International Airport.
