Hemant D. Mehta, P.E., oversees all estimating, project management, and scheduling services for that office, as well as manages the day to day operations.

Mr. Mehta worked as a senior project manager for an international A/E/C firm. He directed and successfully executed numerous projects up to $350 million in total costs through design, procurement, and construction for over 25 years. He also ran the project control group that was responsible for estimating and controlling project costs and scheduling.

Mr. Mehta's industry experience includes designing and building process facilities, manufacturing plants, and R&D laboratories, with particular emphasis on project controls, project planning, and project management. In addition, his clear vision of projects enables him to estimate costs accurately at all stages. Mr. Mehta's knowledge will significantly enhance our client's planning and execution capabilities.
