Mr. Kumar has 23 years experience in CPM Project Scheduling, cost estimating from schematic to 100% construction documents, and quantity take-offs. He has extensive knowledge with Primavera Project Planner and Project Management (versions P6, P5, P3e, P3), and Primavera Expedition Contract Management & Administration. Anup has experience in field inspection, design, construction management and general cost estimating in both public and private sectors. Anup regularly attends client meetings and acts as a liaison with architects and engineers to obtain all necessary information to provide accurate cost estimates. Prior to joining VJ Associates, Mr. Kumar was employed as a Senior Planning Engineer for a major construction company in Abu Dhabi, UAE where his projects included both commercial and residential buildings, hotels, multi-level parking facilities, roads, airports and shopping centers.
