Ami brings 10 years of small to medium size business expertise to VJ Associates to serve as its Director of Operations. She is responsible for managing internal project controls and financial reporting for all locations, as well as developing long-term company strategy. She has spearheaded new office openings and implemented quality control procedures and external marketing processes to support VJA's growth.
Prior to joining VJ Associates, Ami consulted for small to mid-size asset management, pharmaceutical, and retail companies, invested in and advised early-stage financial technology companies, and founded a financial literacy company.
