We are currently looking for a collaborative, confident, and strong communicator to fill the position of Senior Cost Estimator in Needham, Massachusetts.

Position Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing cost estimates at various design phases, with an emphasis on Conceptual Level Estimates. The candidate should also be capable of performing detailed quantity take offs and assigning unit pricing. The candidate will play an active role in balancing the design and the budget with the design team.

Qualification and Skills: The ideal candidate will be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees, work with minimal supervision, and possess strong leadership and communication skills (both verbal and written). The candidate must have an understanding of the Consultant design process for public construction projects, and knowledge of Chapter 149 projects in the K-12, Higher Education, Healthcare, Transportation, and Municipal sectors. 

Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, 5-10 years of experience in cost estimating, and proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff software. Familiarity with BIM is a plus.
